Orders

How can I cancel my order? 
Please contact our customer service team via 
phoneemail, or chat to cancel an order after it’s been placed.

Do you offer sale-price adjustments? 
Sure! We can offer one-time price adjustments for pieces bought at full price, with refunds credited to the original form of payment. Please note that the request must be placed within seven days of purchase, and that the exact style and size of an item must be available to be eligible for adjustment.

Shipping

How do I know if my order has shipped? 
Orders are processed for shipment in 2-3 business days.  We will send you an email confirming your shipment, with a tracking number included!

How long will shipping take once I’ve placed my order? 
Once your order is processed, you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, including overnight orders.

How much do you charge for shipping? 
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $150, and charge $9 for orders under $150 via FedEx Ground.

Do you offer weekend delivery? 
We are not able to offer weekend delivery at this time. All orders will ship on business days via FedEx.

Are you able to ship to a P.O. Box? 
Unfortunately, no. All domestic orders require a verified U.S. Billing address, and we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarder addresses. Your order will be cancelled if it doesn’t meet these conditions.

Do you offer international shipping? 
We do! We apply a flat rate shipping price of $55 for all international orders, and a flat rate of $20 for shipments to Canada. Duties and taxes will be applied accordingly by customs authorities, and the carrier will contact you directly to request payment.

Returns

How do I request a return?
Visit returns.apieceapart.com to initiate a return or exchange.

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the order being placed. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on the garment.

Are returns free?
A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to receive my return refund?
It takes 5-7 business days to process a return. Once the return is processed, the refund will take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Do you accept international returns?
International orders are eligible for returns at the cost of the customer. Contact our customer service team to process your return.
 
How do I know whether or not an item is final sale?
Items that are discounted 40% off or more from the original price are final sale.

Fit

I would love to try your pieces on. Do you have a store?
Our brick-and-mortar locations are currently closed, but visit one of our wonderful stockists to view our collection in person!
